No. The law is the law. There are ways to immigrate for people that are desiring to come to the US and to excuse the ones that do it illegally flies in the face of all citizens and certainly disrespects the time and efforts of the ones that are following the law.

You will not receive any answers that pose legitimate reasons or excuses for illegal immigrants. Ol' Billy Blaze is a good example. He is implying that you meant that they should have no rights as humans apparently in an effort to discredit your question, whereas you simply meant "can anyone come up with a legitimate excuse to defend the violation of U.S. Immigration laws."

He is trying to paint the illegal immigrant as a potential victim instead of as the lawbreaker that they really are.

In todays society we sometimes are full of bs and forget that we have it easy here while others dont. Example: A strugling family in El Salvador earns about less then $200 a month. Gang violence from MS13/18 has made it even harder to surving in those countries.

A father leaves his family behind to persue the American dream here. He sets on a journy that can cost him his life. Here he work for less then a $1 picking veg/fruits in a huge plantation WHILE sometimes we who are legal here cry about how there is no jobs and the economy is bad, Ok am I the only one trying to figure out how the father left making $ 200 a month in El Salvador for making less then $ 1 an hour or day,which is it in the US?

Mexicans should really go to El Salvador that is where the big wages are. $ 200 a month you can live very well in El Salvador. Not sure how the fathers works and pays to live here on $ 1 and sends money back to El Salvador at his wages.

We do not have it easy. The countries golden days are long gone. High unemployment, Obamacare, illegals wanting wink and nod laws, the days of ease are long gone.
