I'd wait until you're 16, that's when I got mine done. I know it's a long wait, but you should be 100% sure and know you want this piercing for a year or more before you just go and get it. You need to know how to take care of it, what to not eat, the healing time, that you can't take it out before the healing time, etc. It's a lot and I feel as if you shouldn't have all that thrown at you at 14 years old.
Hell I know I wouldn't be able to handle it! I recommend sticking to one lip piercing you want (like a single stud on the left or right side) and think about it for the next year. If you see more styles you're interested in (like medusa, ashley, vertical labret, etc) then think about what you'd like more, what jewelry you'd switch to when healed, and anything else.
If you want more help just comment and I'll answer!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
