Does it seem like Cleveland sports teams always get a lot of flack from the media?

Sportscasters and tv clips always seem to have negative words ir footage for anything Cleveland. They even seem to favor any other opposing team even in clips and segments. Have you noticed this?

Cleveland gets jipped I've been a lifelong Cleveland fan, and I've noticed the same thing. Cleveland always seems to get the raw end of the deal pertaining to being favorites or even getting praise. They usually get criticized, and it's quite upsetting.

I've noticed this moreso this year than any other, because of a lot of Cleveland sports (Indians, Cavs, Browns, OSU football and basketball) have made to the finals (or close to) in their respective sports. I think people are just sick of seeing Cleveland sports doing so well...I also think that they believe that Cleveland doing well is a fluke. I just think finally we've had a good deal of raw talent, and that's why this has been an amazing year in sports for Cleveland.

Hope that answers your question! =) GO CLEVELAND! .

In any case, small major-league towns often suffer this kind of disrespect from ..... sportswriters in the larger markets, on the theory that they'll create more friends locally than they will enemies in the target town. Wjhat smaller cities need to do is band together for mutual protection."In union there is strength. " Consider the fasces!

"flack" has to do with publicity, public relations, or marketing."flak" is metaphorical, from getting shot down by an anti-aircraft gun (FLugzeugAbwehrKanone).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
