1 Some people seem to need very little sleep. When I worked at Fed Ex, during orientaton, the instructor told us of a woman who was studying to be a nurse -- she was a nurse, a student, and worked at Fed Ex -- had worked over 18 hours strait at Fed Ex and went to school in the hours off -- slept about 2-4 hours on the weekend. A Camp counselor and childrens/youth minister in his forties told me, and others varified, that he did not sleep during the weeks he was a camp counselor but crashed on weekends -- but even then only slept a few hours (3-5).

The guy who used to cut my hair, Tim Sherrill, said he only slept 30 minutes to an hour-and-a-half every night. He said sleep was 'boring. ' The longest ever slept in his life was five hours and even then he really wasn't sleeping, he said.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
