Does Obama still think San Bernardino wasn't a terrorist attack?

When I heard there was more than one. Multi-shooter attacks are very rare. The last one that wasn't terror was Columbine.

But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and do not take a friend or helper from their ranks. EXCEPT those who join a group between whom and you there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with hearts restraining them from fighting you as well as fighting their own people.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
