Does Sesame Street and PBS contribute to the long term intellectual growth of our citizens?

He doesn't, and that's not what he said. If you paid attention a little better you might be able to understand things. What he said had to do with cutting government spending, not taking Sesame Street off the air.

Romney did not say he was getting rid of PBS only stop the government funding of it. I'm sure they have some great shows on PBS but I don't even try to watch them anymore because they are always interrupting the program for money donations. It gets to be a pain real quick for me.

If we had some unbiased news broadcasting, you would have already known this and not have to ask. EDIT: Raquel my friend, If you are going to reconsider your vote over something as petty as this, you are extremely short-sighted and ignorant of what is happening around you. Wake up!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
