Does SOHO Organizer support syncing data with Palm, BlackBerry, or Windows Mobile devices?

Background: Starting with Mac OS X 10.4.0 (Tiger), Apple introduced a technology called Sync Services. Sync Services provides a way for multiple applications and devices to synchronize common data with one another. Some examples of applications that support Sync Services are SOHO Organizer, iCal, Address Book, iSync, The Missing Sync for Palm OS, etc. An example of how Sync Services works is if you enter a contact in SOHO Organizer then SOHO Organizer will automatically synchronize that contact with Sync Services.

Sync Services will then check to see which applications supports contacts and it will synchronize that contact with those applications such as the Address Book application.
