Does some collector of grisly momentos have Carole Lombard's left hand?

A TWA plane carrying screen actor Carole Lombard crashed in 1942 killing all aboard. Lombard was Clark Gable's wife. They never found her left hand with their wedding ring.

Gable offered a reward for the return of the ring. The site of the crash is almost inaccessible but it is a favorite treasure hunt site for climbers. They urge you to treat the site with respect as there are human remains still there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
