Does the court offer legal services for self-represented litigants?

The Court offers a Family Law Assistance Clinic at the Courthouse in Room 204 every other Monday between the hours of 12:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. A family law attorney is available for a free consultation to complete the domestic relations forms provided by the State of Maryland and provide information about how litigants can represent themselves in custody, divorce, child support, name change and visitation matters.

The attorney does not represent you in court. Appointments to see the attorney must be made through Family Support Services by calling Amy J. Craig or Heather Bryan @ (410) 228-1395.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
