Yes. The IPP will enroll a supplier with all the TIN values recorded on the sponsoring government agency's vendor master file. IPP support will add additional TIN values as reported by other agencies.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
