Does this scare you? Republicans registering as Obama democrats with the intention to unseat Clinton?

I first supported Donald Trump. I thought Trump just sounded like he would be a good candidate. From New York - what if he could steal New York from the Democrats?

It would be a massive blow in the electoral college. He said he would donate hundreds of millions of dollars to his own campaign - that sounded sweet. Obama was expected to raise a billion dollars (he is nowhere near it now), so Trump throwing in a few hundred million dollars sounded awesome.

And Trump is well known. He could upstage Obama in a debate. However, when the whole birth certificate stuff started, I realized Trump was a poor politician.

I knew he was done when Obama released his birth certificate, and Trump just kind of hid from the cameras. What he SHOULD have done is said, "See, I told Obama to release his certificate, and he did. I made the President capitulate.

In the same way, as President I would be a strong leader who gets things done". He did not do that though. He clearly lacked political ability.

Then I liked Tim Pawlenty for about a week. He looked youthful and Presidential. He seemed something like a moderate, who could win crucial independent voters.

Then Michelle Bachmann blew me away in the first two debates. I fell in love with her. I badly wanted to see this little white woman tearing into Obama in a debate.

But then she said the thing about the hurricane, and I knew she was done. In the next debate, she kept saying old stuff, kept talking about how she adopted 21 kids or whatever, and she just wasn't growing as a candidate. Most important, she killed her chances with independent voters.

I liked Rick Perry for about two days, until I saw him in the first debate he was in. He was horrible. He stumbled all over his words, could not complete a thought, kept picking on Romney, would not look you in the eyes, and kept saying the things he thought I wanted to hear.

He is just not genuine to me. And his comments about Creationism, and his views on illegal immigration, just make me highly doubtful that he is a good candidate. I do not think he is out of it yet, he is still raising a lot of money.

Of all the candidates, I think Mitt Romney is the most respectful. He is confident, and is known as a turn-around artist for his involvement in the Olympics. He has business and political experience.

And as governor of a liberal state, he proved he can reach across party lines to work with Democrats to pass necessary reforms. Far-right Republicans consider him a Republican-in-name-only for doing that, but to me I think it shows that Romney can reach out to the other party. Americans are upset with the partisan gridlock.

WIth Bachmann, Paul or Perry, we will only get more gridlock. We certainly won't get out of the gridlock with four more years of Obama. But Romney can get things done.

I also love Newt Gingrich. I would dearly like to see him on the Republican ticket if Marco Rubio does not accept the VP nomination. Gingrich is absolutely brilliant.

He is the Yoda of the Republican Party. He has been around for a while, he knows his stuff. While the other candidates say things they know the crowd likes, Newt actually has a clue what he is talking about.

He is an incredible debate-guy, and would eat Obama alive in a debate. For a while I thought he had no chance because he is old, had an affair, got divorced, and had debt issues (basically disqualifying him from consideration), but Newt is such a sharp guy that his debate and know-how skills would benefit whoever he runs with.

I was a Romney supporter until I started researching and hearing about Jon Huntsman. He is really the best candidate, with the most experience out of anyone. He was in the private sector, a diplomat overseas, and a two-time governor with an extremely high approval rating.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
