No, not unless you work at it. In fact, it will get worse over time if you don't work at sitting/standing straight and practicing good posture. Then you might need some medical help.It can also be dependent on health issues, too, some of which can cause extreme curving of the spine.
Without work at maintaining posture, it'll collapse over time.
On the contrary, its gets worse, gravity, age, your body changes with time. As the others have said unless you constantly work at good posture, your body will slump, stoop, twist, bend etc. All which will have a negative effect on the rest of your health.
It's important to keep the muscles of the back in good shape as they support the spinal column, hence the need for exercise. They say swimming is one of the best for using every muscle in your body. Just a thought.
Of course there are many other things one can do, from a good mattress to sleep on to quitting smoking for better health. ;-) .
Even though I don't have a serious case of it, it can still cause pinched nerves and some back pain at times. The pain is caused because of an abnormal curve in the alignment of the spinal vertebre. This abnormal, sideways curve causes nerves in your back to become pinched, which is why you feel discomfort when you slouch.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
