Texas does, yes. I just renewed mine a few weeks ago.
Indiana does. Next door Illinois must permit it because there are hundreds of thousands of gang bangers just in Chicago alone who are walking around with guns stuffed into their underwear.
Jack, I was born and raised in Illinois and have always had an issue with its gun laws. It remains one of the most difficult States for a citizen to obtain a firearm or a concealed permit. In fact, I don't think they are issued under any circumstance.
