Is is possible to attain perfection by 'ceasing the act' or 'refusing to talk' ( Mouna Viradham ), etc.? According to Gita Chap.3: Sloka 4, it is very clear that just by ceasing to act man doesn't attain perfection. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
