During installation of a product I get InstallShield error on my desktop PC. How can I install the product?

Most of the InstallShield errors are caused by older InstallShield files left on the computer from the installation of another product (most software vendors are using different versions of InstallShield software for installation). I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
