People tanning at either pole during winter months stand a slightly higher chance of skin cancer if they are tanning. This is a very un natural thing to due though as there is no sun during a polar winter and it is VERY cold. Frostbite is a far more real danger.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
