A tí solo te va a costar bastante. Hazte con una palanca fuerte y larga, una carretilla donde pueda caber y unas guias para subirlo. Alzalo con la palanca lo suficiente para colocarlo sobre ls guias, lo empujas hasta la carretilla y ya lo puedes mover.

Otra opción es colocarle patines para que se deslice, pero si el suelo es de cemento o algo irregular, no funcionan bien.
