Para que no den "Me gusta" debes no mostrar las fotos. Debes configurar quien puede ver tus cosas. En esa configuración puedes elegir personalizar y allí elijes que personas no quieres que vean tus fotos.

En facebook no hay manera de evitar que den me gusta a lo que muestras. Para eso hay otros sitios.
