Yes I do it on my ipod. You have to have an internet explorer app, and you when it says your draft is ready, you can't do the normal "launch draft" option but you can do the "lite draft application". Then you can draft normally.

Most fantasy football websites now have applications so that you can draft on your phone. No problem. Just check out the website that you are doing you league through.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
