Filter GridView with SqlDataSource, DropDownLists not working?

Use DataValueField=PROVINCE_CODE as you are using that value from the dropdownlist in where clause to fetch the record. Presently PROVINCE_NAME is going to the search query instead of PROVINCE_CODE .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
