Top 5 Restaurants I want this bling on my blog » Some of my favorite dining destinations in the city. 1. Sages Restaurant5 star rating First to Review15916 NE 83rd St Redmond, WA 98052 (425) 881-5004Category: Italian Wow is this place is good.No one knows it's tucked in behind the redmond way QFC, but I think they will eventually.

I love the intimate feel of the place. It's a favorite date spot for me and my wife. Also, when you go try the oft overlooked soup... that's what hooked us the first time.

Additionally, get some desert and anything in paillard form. Presentation is nice and the waitstaff is exceptionally friendly. Great spot when you want some quiet conversation away from the kiddies and great food at a reasonable price.

Only con is their website sucks in Firefox. 04/04Bookmark Send To A Friend Was this review …? (1) (1) 2.

Armandino's Salumi5 star rating 309 3rd Avenue South Seattle, WA 98104 (206) 621-8772Category: Specialty Food, Italian, Delis, Sandwiches District: Pioneer Square I can get $20 for a $10 sandwich just by ordering one extra to take back to work. Too bad I would need $50 to actually sell it. Their meats are THAT good. It's got a certain I don't know what... This is the single best sandwich in Seattle (maybe anywhere) for pure quality of ingredients and simplicity in what they do... also the Lasagna is great and so is the gnocci, but try the home-cured meats your first times.

Oh yeah... try the cheese tray with wine some one day. 04/04Bookmark Send To A Friend Was this review …? (1) 3. Matt's in the Market - CLOSED For Remodel5 star rating 94 Pike Street Seattle, WA 98101 (206) 4604 Mai3Category: American (New) District: Downtown Even though it's not strictly a seafood place, Matt's is my favorite place for Seafood in seattle.

Consider that a little... Seattle has a LOT of seafood places and many of them are quite good. Matt's so good it's almost cruel to make me go to those other places. Once again, this is a Jan recommedation turned obsession.

I wish he'd yelp. But I digress. My advices for the adventurous is to try the Smoked Catfish and Necatarine salad. Now I thought this was gonna be pretty messed up, but it is actually one of the best salads I've ever had.

Smokey, tart, sweet, salty, cruchy... all in one. Everything I've had there is suprising and wonderful like that. Additionally, I love the genuine kitsch of the location... relatively hard to find upstairs in Pike Place.

But once you find it, WHAT a view. I love the music there too. They have nightly music on some weeknights?

Wednesday, thursday? Last time I went it was mellow, but still cool...a couple of guys sitting in the corner singing and playing jazzy/folksy accoustic guitar. It was nice that it's not too loud so you could still have a conversation if you want.

Really I can't say enough, so why don't you just go and find out for yourself? 04 Mai3Bookmark Send To A Friend Was this review …?(2) (1) (1) 4. Zizo Market5 star rating 10204 Main Street Bellevue, WA 98004 (425) 6404 Mai3Category: Food, Greek and Mediterranean Love it.

Try the nutella-filled cookies. The owner is very friendly too. This is not just a fun place to look around, it also got some tasty treats.

I need to get to the olives, there's about 5-6 kinds I've never even heard of. Plus at lunch time you can get savory morsels of goodness in the lamb shwarma sandwich, a drink, chips, two sides, and a desert for $6-7.It's definitely worth the walk to old bellevue if you work in the downtown area. Also, if you need spices, this place is CHEAP.

There are plenty of exotic spices and the turnover is fast. I got about 25 nutmegs for $1. At Larry's they are about 4 for $04 Mai3/26Bookmark Send To A Friend Was this review …?(2) 5.

Jak's Grill5 star rating First to Review14 Front Street N. Issaquah, WA 98027 (425) 8304 Mai3Category: Restaurants This is my favorite restaurant in the Seattle Area not because of the snooty atmosphere or great salads, but for the quality of food. I actually do like the Issaquah one better than the others, because I like the dark wood and the bar better... not that there's anything wrong with the other two.

The steaks are phenominal, usually cooked a bit rare, and compared to other places in town, considerably cheape -- $30-40 for a whole meal. I like the bread, potatoes (cakes are the best) , and salad alright, but really why would you go to a steak place for salad? The service is always above average, despite increadibly long waits (no reservations).

I don't mind the wait much though because the bar is reasonably priced and you can always show up early or on a weekday. Also, they have a dependable wine selection. I've never had a bad bottle, and a few amazing ones to.

But don't go there for that. Go for the steak. Most people go for the Filet, which is highly worthy, but I prefer the Sirloin for the "steakiness" of it... probably not good for first timers though.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
