For the Xbox to 360, can game saves be put on by USB drive to be used with it?

Not much of anything. I could be wrong... and I apologize if I am, but I don't think there are many things that can be used on the Xbox 360 USB port. Remember when you plug in a USB device on a PC the PC loads the drivers that run that piece of hardware.

The Xbox does not allow you to load drivers, so for that reason I believe you cannot use many things in the USB port. It's my understanding that the only things you can use the USB ports for are the items designed for the Xbox. Things like the Rock Band instruments or hub, HD DVD player, etc will all work.

2 Thing is, you CAN plug in thumb drives and have them work. You can also have movies and mp3s and photos on it and the xbox will display/play them. You can also plug in external hard drives (given they are FAT32 formatted) and some self-powered usb external hard drives (the portable ones), and a lot of keyboards too.
