One reason is his Department of Agriculture running ads so they can sign up more people, relaxing requirements and killing jobs.

Conservatives and Republicans are using this line as a deflection of blame for the mess they created, people are on food stamps as a direct result of the financial crisis announced by Bush in 2008, not what Obama has done since he was elected!
