Give some reasons why Herman Cain has no chance of winning the GOP nomination?

You could probably call up some of the bigger bookmakers and see if you could set something like this up. You will NOT get very good odds, though! To say Cain will NOT be the GOP presidential candidate, you would likely have to LAY about 5 to 1.

So you'd bet 500 just to win 100. Maybe you'd even get much worse odds than that. Bottom line, even if you found someone to take your bet, it wouldn't be worth it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
