Gmaps - find locations within visible area?

The current visible area can be determined by the Map objects getBounds() method If you have a list of points or lat/longs, you can use MySQL to query this, providing the bounds returned from the map. You can also use Fusion Tables to store your data instead of MySQL and use its relatively new Geo methods.

Cool thanks for that! – n00b Feb 8 at 15:06.

I'm trying to develop a function that gets all relevant records within the currently visible area. I found this tutorial (and got it to work) to get locations within a radius which helped a lot but I would need it to be exactly within the visible part (rectangle). Any idea how that works?

Thanks in advance!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
