Yes it absolutely can. But the GTX 555 will be able to run at medium. I'd like to recommend the GeForce® GTX 690 if you want to play on highest detail setting.

Video card is really what will determine the answer. Edit: That is mid-range card, should play on Medium settings in most modern games.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
