Assuming that the ex-girlfriends pregnant with his child... To be honest, there is probably going to be drama and it won't be easy.. but at the same time if he is being honest about the situation and you two really like or love each other then why not give him a chance. As long as your willing to take on all the baggage that comes with the relationship then go for it.
