Has a friendly stranger ever offered you a ride home? What would you do?

Yeah! He gave me candy which made me sleepy!

Friendly stranger=rapist.. creepy stranger=rapist.. ..you just can't win these days.

One time I was waiting for my husband to pick me up from the grocery store, and it was winter (and FREEZING) and he took forever to pick me up. This lady waiting in her car offered for me to wait in the car with her. She was there to pick her daughter up from work.

I was reluctant at first, but then I did sit inside. But... a ride home? Never happened.

No. I would run like i've never ran before. I would run with the wind in my hair, the sun shining on my face , I would take steps to every beat of my heart... =) oops I got a bit carried away... :).

That actually happened to me before - and I simply said no and kept on walking.

If your in a small community where practically everyone knows each other then maybe, but no I wouldn't think it was safe. A lot of people kidnap others like that.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
