You are definitely just on a mailing list. It is a hook. Long story, explained elsewhere on the internet.Be very cautious.

You and your child can both travel for about what they charge. Some leaders are not good and are even neglectful. A teenage boy died last year after trying to get and asking to go to the hospital several times.

The leaders involved are being sued for wrongful death and apparently are still allowed to be leaders. Google search "people to people wrongful death suit:. My daughter had a good initial experience so she went again and it was horrible.

She was ill and ignored. Many other things happened too. But mostly, the leaders were incompetent and inappropriate.

Once they have your money they don't care about your kid. The money was the least of the insults. The whole time she was gone I was worried sick about her because she called and was sick.

My attempts to communicate were all ignore. They tell you not to bring a cell phone. If you decide to let you child go, get a good phone with good coverage (like at&t).

It is the only way my daughter got through it. She returned in July. She is still ill.

No one has called to check on her. No one call when she was booted off of her connecting flight coming home. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

And the interaction with the locals was almost non existant. I was a fool and have to live with the fact that my child (and my bank account) suffered needlessly. There are lots of better ways to go.

1 I'm interested in others' experiences. My daughter would also go to Japan this Summer. I'm curious about the comments about little experience with locals.

What kind of experiences do they have? Do they eat local food? We were told they would visit local schools and interact with the children there.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
