Social network stalking: I blocked the weirdo.

No, but you can stop it by calling the police and if they don't do anything..report it a few more times wait for the stalker to cross your property then you can kill him/her, and when the cops get onto you, or in court you can say "i went to the police and they didn't do anything. So, I felt threatend what would you do if no one was helping you after you reported it multipul times and they didn't do anything.

Been arrested for assault(once) and Disorderly conduct(twice) and I discoverd I won't get arrested if I be a "snitch" and then something happens they won't do anything after I reported it twice.. but I never through the first punch....

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
