Yes, and I do in fact still regret it 17 years later. I had moved away, and though we promised to stay true to eachother as I would only be gone about 9 months, I broke it off with her after about 4 because I wanted to be able to play the field where I was (I was 17). Looking back I know that I lost possibly the most perfect person for me.

I've moved on and have a wonderful wife and family now, but I still think about her from time to time and it makes my heart ache.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
