Have you ever tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or Nutrisystem? Which one did you like better and why?

The best way to diet is to talk to a dietician if you are interested in counting calories. Those programs are to teach people how to count calories. You can count calories on your own and you don't need to buy their expensive products to do it.It is nice to have a support system to work out, some women like Curves gym.

Some people just take walks. Do what sport you enjoy when you are working out. Don't force yourself to jog if you hate jogging!

I will help you to learn how to count calories. Remember the food pyramid. That's where you start.

The carbohydrates are at the bottom, you should still include them, but just chose lower calorie one's (avoid bagels if you are dieting, an english muffin is 1/4 the calories, it's a good substitute). And guess what? Pizza is not bad for you.

It's good for you. Choose vegetable toppings, pick a restaurant which is not as greasy to buy from, and don't get double thick crust or cheese filled crust if you are dieting. Then comes the fruit and vegetable group: some fruits and vegetables are a little more starchy and higher calorie than others (bananna's, peas) they are still fine to eat.

It's good to include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet, salad too (avoid high fat dressing if you are dieting). Then comes the dairy group, if a person is dieting, yogurt is fine to eat, string cheese. Avoid large amounts of high fat milk and large amounts of ice cream when dieting, Then comes the meat and protein group, it's best to avoid fried if you are dieting, baked or grilled is fine.

If you eat fast food, chose fresh - Chipotle- or order off the light menu, they even have salads and grilled chicken at Mc Donald's now (hold the mayonaise! There's too much fat in mayonaise). Then comes the top of the triangle (the top of the food pyramid) which is the dessert and snack section.

It's fine to include that in your diet in moderation. Treat sugar filled drinks - full sugar soda's like a treat, once in awhile. They have too many calories to drink them throughout the day.

Buy lemon juice and put a dash of sugar instead, or make your own sun tea with some lemon or lime and a small amount of sugar. And studies have even shown that a little chocolate per day in the diet increases endorphins (happy hormones). If a person practices eating the meal first before the desserts and snacks, eventually the person won't have to remind themself.

I am a Weight Watcher and I feel is is the best of the three you mentioned. Weight Watchers you eat normal food that you prepare yourself and learn portion control with lighter ways of cooking. Plus you have weekly meetings and weigh in that are fun and you meet nice people who keep you on tract.

It is not a diet, it is a change of life.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
