Have you looked into hair care for woman of color or 'ethnic' hair?

You could get a texture softner. It's not a relaxer so it will not straighten your hair but it will make it more manageable. Also try a spray oil if your hair is more like black hair than white hair.

Caucasions hold oil in their hair which is why they have to wash it more ofter. Black hair is more dry which is why we put oils in our hair. A spray oil provides all the shine and is much easier to use and control.

Also, use the blow dryer and ceramic (is that spelled right) and do a blowout. It's a quick fix to curley or wavy hair (if you're looking to change up the style) and doesn't involve chemicals...some heat though.

This question is so interesting. I recently just wrote an article on this very thing. You should try Natural Hair Relaxers.

They get your hair straight, without the chemicals. You can read my article on this very subject: hubpages.com/hub/Natural-Hair-Relaxers. I use two in particular and I talk about it in my article.

I will never ever use chemical based hair relaxers ever. I used to years ago and I wish I'd known about natural hair relaxers.

I say stay away from the harsh chemicals. They destroy your hair cuticles and disrupt the pH balance of your hair. Try this homemade moisturizer/leave-in conditioner and see what you think.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
