Having multiple IOS developer accounts and can not create IOS distribution certificate?

Because the Development Certificate is for a Team member and Distribution Cert. Is for a Team. So, if you have the same Team name for both accounts, the Distribution Certificate will have the same name.

You can create extra keychains for certificates when you have multiple developer programs. Setup one set of certs per each keychain you add.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
