You my friend have the patience of a saint lol. You sound like you have alot that you can legally charge against her if you had taken action at the time (having witnesses help too). If you have the patience to do so then wait for her to damage your property again or assault you with a shopping cart (sounds funny I know lol, but you have legit grounds to fall back on) and take legal action.

The second you hit her first youre legally at fault in most situations but if she starts to fight back and the cops arrive youll either both get in trouble or both not get in trouble depending on whether or not one of you wanna file charges so careful of that. You might be able to press charges right now but lets be real, shes not gonna shut up after that. Thatll be more reason for her to call you a pussy or bithc etc. So idk man its your call.

I say the same for minors, I see all these gay videos of underaged skaters picking fights with security guards and one **** gets real and I fight breaks out all you hear from the skaters are "hes a minor! I was talking to my girlfriend on the sidewalk outside our apt and some drunk jackass who lived next door told me to stand in front our apt instead of his even though he doesn't own the sidewalk (i don't think he realizes that lol) so I apologized and moved because he was a pretty big guy. He then started complaining that he didn't like us because we make too much noise (but he was confusing us for a different unit because we live in a duplex) anyways words were exchanged and he came around the fence and punched my girlfreind square in the face for no reason, she said not one word the whole time beside tryna tell him he was mistakening us for the neighbors. Basically then a fight broke out between me and him.

Ill admit I got my *** handed to me but I was just tryna defend my girlfriend in a situation Id normally avoid due to the fact the dude had like 40 pounds on me. So when the dust settled I went over to check on m gf who was kneeling down with a bloody face, next thing I remember is waking up in my driveway while my gf was on the phone with the police because he had kicked me in the face while I was hunched over to checking on my girlfriend. My fault for turning my back on him I guess.

Second, when she slammed into you, you should have gone to the manager of the store, and explained that you know this girl, but that this was assault, pure and simple, that you would like him/her to take a moment to scare the crap out of her, at which time, the manager could take the security video, apprehend the girl, and tell her that this was clear assault, and that they are calling the police at this moment. (they don't even have to mention that you had anything to do with reporting it...there are security cameras and tapes going at all times in almost all stores, and there's someone WATCHING them, all the time, for just such incidents. As for how she behaves at home, you should speak, not to YOUR mama, but to hers...surely, you were taught, as a child, that when two children have a dispute, taking it to the parents of the OTHER child is the best way to deal with it.

Her parents ought to read her the riot act, and punish her, if that's possible.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
