Thyroid disease is missed more than found! You need testing for thyroid ANTIBODIES as well as TSH. TSH ‘norm’ should be .3 – 3 (w/ most feeling best at < 2) but, for diagnosis, would not matter if ANTIBODIES are present.

You need some sugar & protein in your diet. It could also be depression. Try protein shakes in the morning with your multi-vitamin.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
