Healthy Eating Is Eating Bananas?

TrudyVan here I was told about 20 years ago after my surgery and Chemotherapy for womb cancer that I was to have atleast 1 to 2 banana's a day. I have done so and on the days that I do not have banana's I feel tired as I work a long day. I have am fortunate to have banana trees growing in my garden.It is amazing to see how they start off and produce fruit.
