I slept on a Aerobed® Luxury Collection inflatable mattress at a friends house for almost two weeks. It felt like a regular bed - very comfy. It was almost exactly like the Aerobed® model in the link I provided in the question section EXCEPT, that the model at my friend's house was heated.

I have family coming for Xmas and the guestroom will accommodate one couple.

I have another room, but I need to buy a bed I can store away afterward. I really would like to order this brand and quality level since I know its so comfy. If the heated model is no longer made, I'm wondering they make a heating pad for this model OR if there is a bed heating pad for inflatable beds that would lay across the surface.

Slept on an unheated waterbed once. Woke up achy all over. I don't think the heated model is made any longer.

Yeah I slept on a water bed for years and when that heater wasn't on, you could get hypothermia. Air mattresses aren't as bad but they have a similar problem. You really need a heating pad if you're going to be using it for any length of time.

Memory foam is warm to sleep on but a real beeetch to store away after the guests leave. I need a Queen size to boot. It would be a pain to roll up a Q sized memory foam and a topper just doesn't have enough depth to be comfy for long.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
