HELP! What is the best time to observe the moon phases?

If you need to look at it now just go to google and search up most recent pictures of the moon and there you go otherwise you will have to wait for moon to appear and also night is best time to look.

Like many people, you have the misconception that the Moon is only visible at night or, more specifically, in the evening. This is true during only the first half of the lunar cycle, from New Moon to Full Moon. Because the Moon rises about 50 minutes later each day, after Full Moon it moves into the morning sky.

Then the best time to observe it is in the morning, an hour or two after sunrise, when it will be in the southern sky.

Most newspapers have a section with sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset times. It's usually part of the weather section. You can also check through the web for your area to get the 'right' times.

Google "the moon" and Also, remember that, at the time of writing (Dec 19, 2011), the moon is reaching the third phase, and hence moon rise is after midnight. In about a week's time, we'll be in a new moon phase, so the moon rises just after the sun.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
