After the quarantine has been lifted, producers are able to market their animals under normal business practices. As the epidemiological investigation continues, there may be a need to re-quarantine, so we would suggest that producers keep detailed records of animals purchased, sold, etc. more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
