Hi I am traveling to Prague and Vienna. Since I have been there before I am searching for some cool places around these cities. Any ideas?

Sadly, I can't help with Vienna... but I can help with Praha Walk around the beautiful city. It is filled with small shops, intricate paths and wide open courtyards. Head toward the Prague Castle (make sure that you have enough energy for the steps, there are a TON of them).

On the way you'll likely cross the Charles Bridge and a lot of "touristy" sort of souvenir shops. Make sure that you check out the Astronomical Clock in Prague Square. The old town square.Be there for one of the "shows" and you won't regret it.

Beer is very (very) cheap... so it won't hurt to stop into a few pubs along the way. The Mozart Museum is worth seeing if your into music at all. It's in an old house with origional works and a lot of interesting information. There is A LOT of religion in Prague.

There are a few tours that take you from church to church and if you're into this sort of thing will be well worth the money. If you have a few extra bucks and feel like seeing all of Prague from a high perspective... book an early dinner at the TV tower. It is the highest structure in Prague and sits on top of the hill adjacent to the Castle.

They have a fine dining menu and while pricey for the area, is very good. And of course... if you're looking for something a little more "off the beaten path" ... well that exists in Prague too. Sorry that I could help you out in Vienna... but hopefully this makes up for it!

Aside from the well known tourist attractions in Prague, there are some local sites that are unknown to tourists because most guide books don't give them the same attention as other sites. Here are some of those hidden treasures: • Vojanovy Sady • Wallenstein Garden • Church of Saint Michael • New World Street • Brevnov Abbey • Pisecka Brana • Hunger Wall • Prague Castle's Stag Moat • Emauzy Monastery Learn more about these destinations at this web site: http://www.my-prague-sights.com/hidden-prague-sights.html.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
