Hindu girl married to Muslim man without registering under Special Marriages Act?

O.K. dear if this Hindu man already married having wife and child convert to Muslim religion and marry a Muslim woman, than this man not only commit an offence of bigamy punishable under section 494 of the Indian Penal Code (as has been held by the Apex Court) as well his second marriage shall be void because of his living first wife, his first marriage will not get dissolved by itself and he will for all practical purpose has to take divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 only and he cannot as any other Muslim man will be able to dissolve his Hindu marriage with the Hindu marriage by way of triple irrevocable divorce calls. If he doesn't take divorce from his first Hindu wife he shall be having one legal Hindu wife and a illegal Muslim wife. Conversion to Muslim religion just for the purpose of remarrying during the lifetime of first Hindu wife is act which is itself held as illegal and void by the court.

The Good ending of this love story is that this guy to seek proper dissolution of first marriage, provide sufficient alimony and financial support for his wife and child, than marry the Muslim woman according to civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954 where neither he nor the Muslim woman change their respective religion and live as legal husband and wife. If all this not possible than let this love story continue as long as these two love bird get bored from each other in other words let these two go in for live in relationship if they are already not doing so.

Im sure any hindu man in his right senses would not want to get converted to a muslim. Unless he wants to develop hatred towards non muslims and F**K four women at a time!
