Honda Certified Pre-Owned vs. Honda used. How is certified different/better?

In America, a Certified Pre-Owned Honda is considered the best type of used Honda in that the vehicle is approved by Honda directly. It is certified to be reliable as well as having a certain level of integrity than any used Honda bought outside of their coverage system. Since Hondas normally have a high Bluebook value, getting one that has personally gone through their criteria is considered to be extremely sought after.

They come with warranties covering powertrain issues as well as coverage for normal use replacement parts to name a few. The vehicles are said to be initially put through a scrutinized 150 point inspection as well as screened with a CARFAX history. The ability to see the DMV history of a vehicle is a wonderful feature, and the report is provided for free.

Certified pre-owned is pretty much fancy dealer talk to make the Honda sound better. Yes, they do run some checks on the car before they call it that and maybe those checks are important to you. But you can be sure you will pay for those when you negotiate price.

Yes, you can run these checks yourself. If you have a good relationship with your mechanic, he will probably do this for you for free, or only charge you a small amount. If it were any car other than a Honda or a Toyota, that check may be valuable.

But it’s a Honda. Those cars can run forever with simple care. Don’t fall for the hype.

It’s not that big of a difference. It certainly is not the hundreds of dollars difference you may well pay.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
