How are mentors recruited to participate in the ITAB Mentoring Program?

The representatives send recruiting messages, usually via email, to employees or members within the organization who are eligible to participate in the ITAB Mentoring Program. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
