Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the most well-researched and most commonly prescribed type of therapy used to treat depression. The concept behind CBT is that when you’re depressed, your thinking patterns are skewed. You tend to dwell on negative events, overgeneralize about normal problems, see matters only in black and white, anticipate negative outcomes, assume the worst about others’ intentions and set unfair or unrealistic standards for yourself and others.
As you can imagine, these types of thoughts can make a depressed person’s inner world a very unfriendly and negative place. CBT aims to teach the depressed person new ways to think that are more balanced and realistic, and then to change certain behaviors that may be contributing to the depression.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
