As far as triple-boot is concerned, here is the order You will need to install Windows Linux Solaris (use Solaris 10 1/06 or later) The reason is that Windows will overwrite the MBR, Linux does not understand how to boot UFS and Solaris 10 1/06 is the first release of Solaris that has GRUB as its boot loader, which makes things way easier. You can install older Solaris releases if you really need to, but I would recommend against them. The old boot loader was a mess.
