Your problem is actually a problem with the high voltage section for the vertical scan. The VSize would normally adjust for the vertical scan size, but when the image looks like that, that means one or more electronics components inside the monitor have failed and it is no longer able to sustain the vertical size like it used to (I used to repair those CRTs). It also looks like the Horizontal is not working as well either, as it's squished in on the sides.
Most liklely the flyback transformer is going bad. By hitting it on the side and it fixes it for a short time, it may be as simple as a weak or loose solder connection on the circuit board inside. Solder joints get old over time and can become loose and cause problems like that.
If you can find someone willing to open it up and knows how to solder, I bet they could find the problem, but maybe not. You may still be able to find a tech that knows how to troubleshoot and repair it, but in the long run it'd probably be cheaper and easier to get another monitor. If you want another CRT instead of the newer LCD/LED types, I bet you can find a good deal on Craig'sList as many people are almost giving them away.
You can also find some for free at garage sales often times as well for free. You might also find a good deal on an LCD type as will if you want to change.
Didn't sad details, when how, but sounds like a broken monitor:)) If U have money buy new, if don't call tv mechanic, first ask for price and then repair!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
