Kealea There are two separate aspects to answering your question. 1. You'd need to physically scan the books... I don't recommend this because to get good scans, you'd really have to cut the pages out of the comics... otherwise you're going to have distortion on one side of the page due to the binding.2.
You'll need to compile all the scanned pictures into one file. If you're really going to go through with this, I would recommend saving them as a PDF with multiple pages or an ePub format. There are many apps on the iPad that would let you read these formats... iBooks is one of them for example, and that's free.
While it sounds like a cool idea, it would take a LOT of time, and some technical expertise to get good results. It might be easier to use one of the many comic book apps out there and buy your comics if they're available. Good luck!
Just get the Comixology app instead. Many legacy titles are being added to the library, and they quality is sublime. This is truly the way to experience the art of the comic.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
