How can I stream my local radio station to my iphone?

IRadio is an applet which does streaming radio iRadio, by Conceited Software, just received an update which brings it much closer to being a valuable iPhone app. The app is basically a SHOUTcast player for the iPhone that allows playing and browsing of thousands of online stations. The app works best under WiFi, but is not limited to it, and does work while using EDGE.

Currently there is a php script that works, but CorePlayer is coming out with a iPhone version This Php listener seems to work for several people. It involves a bit to install it. modmyifone.com/forums/native-iphone-ipod... is coming out with a version for the iPhone.

I really like CorePlayer on my old Lifedrive, so this will be worth watchingcorecodec.com/forums/index.php?topic=692... was a program called iRadio, but it appears to have disappeared. There was some problem with someone collecting money for that didn't have any right to and then it broke on one of the updates. The site is kind of still around Sources: Several Sites .

I like FStream (search for it in iTunes or the market on iPod or iPhone) it's a free app, and you can paste the URL's for the streaming sites of online radio stations. It has good graphics skin with LARGE fonts for the autoscrolling station data from streaming URLs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
