In addition, a national telephone compliance line (0800 587 1667) will be in operation from 1 July 2007 to enable members of the public to report possible breaches of the law. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
